We highly recommend Boss Design for its exceptional work, but we encourage you to choose your preferred designer. 
- Pricing & Selection Before construction kicks off, we establish a comprehensive budget and finalize as many selections as possible. This proactive approach ensures financial clarity and minimizes surprises. Our commitment to transparency includes regular budget updates, keeping you informed of any changes.
- Construction Stay connected and engaged through regular communication, including weekly updates and multiple walkthroughs. These interactions ensure you are always up-to-date with the progress of your home. Additionally, bi-monthly budget updates provide a detailed overview of any changes, ensuring you are never in the dark.
- Final Phases The journey to your dream home culminates with a comprehensive 30-day pre-possession walkthrough, followed by an orientation walkthrough on possession day. Post-possession, we conduct a 90-day and one-year warranty review, ensuring every detail of your home meets our stringent quality standards.
